TDD: Healthy Fats

Dr. Bob's branding is a #tbt but the content is still relevant today. Trans fats are man-made by heating vegetable oils to extreme temperatures. Their molecules are T shaped and confuse your body's natural C-shaped cell structure. They are commonly listed as "partially hydrogenated oil" on ingredient packaging and create inflammation in your body over time. Having inflammation, including in your brain, can be a precursor to Alzheimer's. Inflammation is decreased by omega-3 oils including flax or ocean-based marine, and coconut oil (We personally take two tablespoons daily).
